Independent product partnership

Full ownership.
A complete experience.

Bring a dream that needs a shape, or a need that deserves a larger vision. We find the direction together. I shape it into a scope, a roadmap and a Minimum Viable Experience, then help it evolve. We agree the result, the boundaries and how to judge the work in use.

01

Find the right first move.

A vision can grow through collaboration. Each of us brings experience, questions and an ambition for what could change. We make the guiding idea clear enough to choose what to build, what to leave out and who it should matter to.

A focused review of the product, architecture and constraints. We leave with a decision memo, the main risks and the smallest useful experiment.

For a team facing an unclear AI roadmap, an architectural bottleneck or a costly build decision.

A custom product can connect systems you already use and create the experience missing between them. We start with the activity that needs to work, then choose the integration and engineering it needs.

02

Make the experience work.

A bounded product can still offer a complete experience. We agree the essential interaction and acceptance evidence before starting, then test the result in use. Scope stays flexible; the purpose of the product stays intact.

Software, applied AI and creative technology can each begin with one bounded experience. Sound and physical interfaces require explicit technical and perceptual checks.

03

Give it a future.

Use reveals what the product can become and where it can connect with other work. We can continue that evolution together or prepare a handover with a named owner, operating notes and an agreed transition.

The purpose should matter beyond the current AI model. Then stronger models can expand what we can make. Connected products still have to earn trust, find demand and give people a reason to choose them.

Author's tools

Tools for people
who create.

Part of my own workshop, alongside the learning and sound projects.

OM CODE

A workspace for
coding with agents.

A local interface with desktop, web and mobile clients. My focus is continuity of intent, clear decisions and responsibility for the result, across the tools used to make it.

In development

Built on the open-source T3 Code project. Upstream contributors retain their credit.

REA

Understand what
already exists.

Reverse-engineering workflows for agents, connecting binary, application and runtime analysis to evidence. Built with established analysis engines and open-source foundations.

LEARNING THROUGH PLAY

Acquire an ability
through doing.

An ongoing private product direction. The intention is to make room for the learner's own actions, choices and creation. Further details will be shared when it is ready.

Private development

From the workshop

Ideas taking shape.

Research into musical interaction. These instruments are still in development.

OM Cosmic / sound as memory

Capture a moment, let it continue, change its texture, then erase. The interaction is built around a musical gesture. Development and hardware acceptance are separate stages.

Facet / a shape you can play

A moving point follows a polygon and slows near harmonic relationships. Geometry becomes an instrument for continuous exploration. The instrument is still in development.

Commercial project?

Include the current situation, the decision or result you need, your timing and a budget range. A useful first conversation starts there.

Creative collaborator?

Share what interests you, something you have made or a question you want to explore. Community participation is separate from hiring me.
