Privacy

A private conversation.

The contact and manifesto forms send your message to Oleh Minaiev. They do not create a member profile, subscribe you to a mailing list or publish your details.

01

What the form uses.

Your name, reply email and the message or suggestion you choose to share. An optional link and your choice about public credit may accompany it. Please leave out passwords, payment details and sensitive personal records.

02

Where the message goes.

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes the submission and email delivery. The message reaches Oleh's existing email inbox, hosted through Google. Your reply address lets Oleh respond. It is not used as a recipient for an automatic confirmation.

The application does not keep a separate message database or log message content. The hosting provider may process connection metadata for security and delivery. A temporary per-network rate limit protects the form from repeated submissions.

03

Your choices.

Ask to correct or delete correspondence through the same contact form. Relevant records may need to be kept when an enquiry becomes an agreement or there is a legal reason to retain them. Provider backup and security records follow the providers' own policies.

A manifesto suggestion stays private during review. Public attribution requires your separate choice, and a proposal does not grant membership.

04

Browsing the workshop.

Public pages have no advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or application cookies. The invitation-only workshop uses necessary sign-in and security cookies. Following an external link opens a service with its own privacy practices.

If you accept an invitation, Google confirms your name and email. The workshop stores your private profile, current role and account security data so you can sign in and access the right areas. You can add a password to the same account. Owner and admin accounts require an authenticator. Contact Oleh through the site form about your profile or data.
